South Park Season 28: Cartman vs. the Antichrist & Peter Thiel's Plan - Full Episode Breakdown (2025)

The Return of South Park: A Terrifying Tale of the Antichrist and a Controversial Savior

Get ready for a wild ride as South Park makes its comeback after a brief hiatus, leaving us with a chilling prospect: Eric Cartman, the unlikely hero, might be our only chance against the forces of evil. But here's where it gets really interesting (and a bit controversial)...

In this week's episode, the kids at South Park Elementary are driving everyone crazy with their obsession over the '6-7' meme. It's a mystery why they say it, but it's become their go-to phrase. The meme's origin? A song called 'Doot Doot' by rapper Skrilla, which somehow became a massive hit among the youth. As the obsession grows, Cartman's reaction is peculiar; he either pukes incessantly or is possessed by a mysterious force.

Enter Peter Thiel, the tech guru, who teams up with J.D. Vance to prevent the birth of the Antichrist, none other than Donald Trump and Satan's offspring. Thiel's plan? Get Trump to sneakily ask a doctor at Planned Parenthood to perform an abortion on Satan. But the doctor refuses, leading Thiel to South Park Elementary, where he takes charge and investigates the kids' cult-like behavior.

Meanwhile, Cartman's health crisis continues, and he undergoes a full-body scan. The vomiting persists, and it seems they need expert help. Thiel, in control of the school's security system, downloads student data and keeps a close eye on the kids, searching for answers.

And this is the part most people miss: a subplot involving Jesus, who's trying to make sense of modern Christianity. He goes on a double date with PC Principal and Peggy Rockbottom, but it's a disaster. When Jesus protests Thiel's surveillance, he's quickly removed by PC Principal, who even asks Jesus if he's gay. The episode is filled with Trump gags, from his visit to Planned Parenthood to his intimate moments with Satan.

The plot thickens as we learn that Thiel and Vance's partnership is a scheme to obtain global data. Thiel, in a clever homage to The Exorcist, visits Cartman's residence to unlock the secrets he holds about the Antichrist. He concludes that Cartman might be the key to stopping the Antichrist, declaring, "We have to unlock the secrets he holds, no matter what."

Back at the Cheesecake Factory, Jesus, frustrated with the distorted Christianity in America, confronts PC Principal. He tries to kick his ass and then heads out, contemplating life in 2025. He returns to the Factory, takes charge, and pulls Ms. Rockbottom with him. Jesus is going full bro mode.

This two-part episode will conclude in two weeks, leaving us with more questions than answers. South Park's 27th season, which debuted in 1997 on Comedy Central, continues to smash ratings. New episodes are scheduled for Oct. 29, Nov. 12, Nov. 26, and Dec. 10.

So, what do you think? Is Cartman really the savior we need? Or is there a deeper, more controversial interpretation to this story? Share your thoughts in the comments; let's discuss!
